Whether you should delete Facebook depends on how you actually use it versus how it makes you feel. If Facebook is your main connection to family, local groups, or Marketplace, deleting it creates real inconvenience. But if you mostly scroll out of habit, feel worse after using it, and have privacy concerns about the platform, stepping away is a net positive. For many people, the middle path works best — aggressively unfollowing, leaving groups, and keeping Messenger without the main app.
